Studio 28 co-owners Angie Karst and Marly Penner handcraft their line of contemporary artisan jewelry together in Waterloo, Ontario, and have been featured in Grand magazine and in a number of local galleries.
Both jewelers combine fine metals with organic elements, finding inspiration for their work from international travels and nature. These influences are carried throughout Studio 28’s entire collection of striking pendants, earrings, and darling bracelets.
Some featured pieces from the shop include Angie’s silver cutout dragonfly earrings, her Touchstone Series copper, silver, and beach stone pendant on an adjustable silver chain, Marly’s verdigris pendant constructed with bronze, copper, and silver, along with the unique bronze square-shaped earrings from her Woven Threads Series.
